Using everyday seasoning, this is a great, quick way to eat fish when in a rush.

Eat with salad and some rice.

- a generous fillet per person white fish (cod, haddock...)
- A heaped tablespoon per fish fillet Everyday Seasoning
Preheat a grill: medium-high.
Dust the fish thickly with the seasoning.
Place the fish under the grill. It will be cooked in 12-15 minutes.
Serve immediately with lemon or lime wedges and a fresh salad.
