Crab Pasta
- One small crab per person / medium-large crab per two people
- One-two tbsp chopped parsley per person (to taste)
- One-two cloves finely chopped garlic per person (to taste)
- Half deseeded finely chopped red chilli per person (or to taste)
- One-two tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (to taste)
- Linguine dried pasta - your usual quantity
Cook the pasta - drain.
In the pan used to cook the pasta (let's keep the washing-up to a minimum!) heat a generous glug of olive oil.
Fry the garlic, chilli and half of the parsley briefly in the oil, then add the dressed crab. Heat through thoroughly.
Add the cooked pasta back to the pan and mix well.
Add in the remaining parsley, lemon juice and season to taste.
Serve immediately.
