Cranberry Sauce
- 500g Cranberries
- 300g Sugar (castor preferrably)
- 3 tbsp Brandy
- 100ml Orange Juice
Put all the ingredients into a pan, simmer for 20 minutes, or until the cranberries have softened.
Remove from the heat. Thin with orange juice or water once set if the consistency is too firm.
