Welcome to mwnch (pronounced munch!)
Food and drink are two of life’s great pleasures.
I believe that to get the greatest pleasure from these you need to use the finest seasonal, local produce and ingredients and prepare them simply and well.
There is no hardship in this for me as it means making the most of the excellent produce that Wales and the U.K have to offer - augmented on my travels by the best from the rest of the world.
This site is about that belief.
